Alyse Hancock-Phillips is a dedicated and passionate vocal music educator with a rich background in music education and vocal performance. With a Bachelor’s in Music Education and Vocal Performance from Capital University and a Master’s in Special Education, Alyse brings a unique blend of artistic expertise and educational insight to her teaching.

Having taught private voice and piano lessons for several years, Alyse has cultivated a deep connection with her students, helping them find their voice and express themselves through music. Her teaching style is compassionate and approachable, with a natural ability to build confidence and foster creativity in her students.

Alyse's extensive performance experience includes performing with the Capital University Chapel Choir, Cleveland Orchestra Youth Chorus, Blossom Festival Chorus, and various musicians such as The Eagles, Kenny Loggins, Melissa Etheridge, and Jason Mraz. This wealth of performance knowledge allows her to provide students with practical insights into both vocal technique and stage presence.

Known for her gregarious personality and nurturing approach, Alyse creates a positive and encouraging environment where students can thrive. Whether working with beginners or advanced performers, she is committed to helping each individual reach their fullest potential, both as musicians and as confident performers.
